Mental Health: Level 5

Begin to think about your purpose. What do you want the story of your life to be about? Write it down somewhere. On paper or in your phone and revisit it frequently to remind you to do the things necessary to tell your story.

Recommendations: Take a stroll through the “Self Help” section of your local bookstore or library. Let yourself be hit by positive thoughts and ideas of all kinds.
