Learn to prepare healthy meals at home. Cooking things in advance (meal prep) makes it easier to grab something and quickly put it together or heat up to help you avoid missing meals or snacking on easy to reach high processed foods.

Recommendations: Buys bags of rice, beans, fruits and vegetables. Mix and match them to find variations you enjoy. Use sauces (but check the labels) to make them tastier.
