Smile and say “Hi.” Not just to the women you find attractive but all women. The smiling part is very important here. At the restaurant, at the grocery store, anywhere you interact with people. You don’t need to worry about doing anything more at this point. If they say something to further the interaction, decide how you want to proceed but your only goal here is the smile and the hi.
