Start eating healthier. Drink more water. Workout once per week.
Recommendations: Find an exercise that works for you. Some gyms are open 24 hours now, but if the gym is not for you, there are plenty of workouts on YouTube for beginners. Find one you like that pushes you. Your workouts should not be too easy or too hard. Find a sweet spot that makes you sweat but is not so difficult that you won’t continue doing it. Turning exercise into a habit and part of your lifestyle is key here and that won’t happen if you are trying to push yourself too hard in the beginning.
